Trial Offer Return Policy

Skull Shaver LLC values its relationship with its customers, and therefore, offers a return policy for its products purchased directly from it. Under this policy, a purchaser may return to Skull Shaver LLC, within the applicable return policy period, products purchased directly from Skull Shaver LLC for a credit or a refund of the purchase price actually paid (excluding trial offer payments), less shipping and handling fees previously charged to the purchaser. NO credit shall be given for trial offer payments or shipping and handling fees previously charged.

Unless you have a separate agreement with Skull Shaver LLC, all products purchased directly from Skull Shaver LLC may be returned within thirty (30) days from the date on the bottom of the shipper label for a credit or a refund of the purchase price actually paid (excluding trial offer payments), less shipping and handling fees previously charged. In the case of products purchased on a trial basis directly from Skull Shaver LLC which are returned on a timely basis in accordance with the terms hereof, no further payments shall be charged to the purchaser.

To return the products, you must contact a Skull Shaver LLC customer service representative and receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number within the return policy period. You must receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number in order to return the products. Call 1-609-284-9780 to receive your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number .

You must ship the products within five (5) days of the date you receive the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. You must:

• Ship back both product units (complete shaver unit and accessory) and all accompanying components to Skull Shaver LLC. Credit for partial returns may be less than purchase price paid.

• Return the products in the original packaging, in as-new condition along with any media, documentation, and all other items that were included in the original shipment to you.

• Ship the products at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.

• Mark the outside of your return shipping box with your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number and your first and last name in clearly printed letters.

NO credit shall be given unless both product units are returned. NO credit shall be given and no return shall be accepted if an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number not requested within the return policy period. NO credit shall be given and no return shall be accepted if the products are not returned within five (5) days of the date you receive the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. In addition, any returned products which are shipped more than five (5) days after the date on which you receive the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number will be rejected and returned to you.
