Liquidation Item Policy

From time to time we need to sell excess inventory to make space in our warehouse. Liquidation items are sold well below normal prices and come with special terms and conditions. They are as follows:

  • Liquidation Items do not come with their standard warranty. Warranties for Liquidation Items are limited to seven days after arrival and protect against items which are dead on arrival only. No warranty is given beyond that time.
  • Liquidation items are eligible for refunds for 7 days from the date of delivery. If a Liquidation Item is purchased as part of a bundle, and other bundle items are returned but the Liquidation Item is not returned, the refund given will be adjusted to account for the full retail value of the Liquidation Item.
    • For example, a customer buys a Bald Eagle Smart Shaver for $99 and adds on a Liquidation Item Trinity Shaver for discounted price of $9.99. The order total is $108.99. The customer decides to keep the Bundled Liquidation Trinity Shaver and return the Bald Eagle Smart Shaver. The Trinity Shaver has a a normal retail price of $69.99 and the refund will be adjusted as if the customer simply purchased a retail Trinity Shaver. In this case, the customer will receive a refund of $39 (108.99 - 69.99 = 39). If the customer returns both, they will receive a full refund of $108.99.
